While hiring a professional photographer to take amazing photos of your family would be great, it is not mandatory because nowadays, everybody has a camera phone that can take good pictures. Choose a space in your house to serve as the photo booth backdrop, and decorate it. You can just use inexpensive, colorful paper to decorate the backdrop instead of using highly expensive materials. And, children love props, which you can easily make with colored cardboard, glitter, and other materials.
